The opportunities for collaborative working at an NHS Board and regional basis are considerable, we have significant experience of working with stakeholders and partners to overcome perceived barriers to achieve a common vision. The direction of travel in Health and Social care is clearly established and the pace of change must be accelerated if the dual aims of service and financial sustainability are to be realised.
