Emergency Village

Integrated functions of Emergency Department, Rapid Triage, Same Day Emergency Care and Assessment unit in a combined front door model.

Peri-op model for
surgical care

Optimising patient privacy and dignity, the peri-op model brings the skilled workforce to the patient and simplifies their journey on the day of surgery.

Cancer Unit as part of the network

Concentrating cancer care services in one location in the Health Board to optimise quality of care and operate as part of a clinical network

What key stakeholders have to say

"Their input to planning has been of a high standard with a strong focus on engagement, best practice and deliverable models.  They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in new healthcare facility planning and delivery. In the current pandemic/endemic phase of Covid 19, learning from the impact on existing healthcare systems has been a priority and B+A have greatly facilitated this work.”
