Working with East Central Hub-Co and NHS Forth Valley to understand the service and estate implications arising from a number of drivers for change impacting on primary care. Activities included developing an extensive stakeholder engagement approach to: assess the impact, quantify the capacity and seek to identify the investment priorities.

Understanding local, regional and national data and trends in primary care service uptake
Future capacity
Quantifying the impact of trends to assess the level of service provision in primary care at branch, core, hub and cluster levels
Prioritised Investments
We established investment priorities with clear rationale at immediate, 5 and 8 year planning horizons
