B+A recognise that clinical planning activity should not always be associated with capital investment in facilities. We support service planning and development to improve performance, effectiveness and efficiency regardless of whether capital investment is required.
Effective and efficient service delivery are key to successful public sector delivery; we believe that service improvement can often be implemented within the limitations of physical accommodation.
In our experience buildings and fixed assets are not usually the constraints that they are perceived to be and that data analysis, a detailed review of service modelling and robust “clinical challenge” by our team can “unlock” clinical and operational solutions. Solutions identified frequently require considerably less capital investment to achieve desired outcomes.
